Founder and Spiritual Director: Ayikobua Robert Enzama (Papa Robert). Founded on 15 February 2015, Citizens of Heaven Ministries Uganda is a youth-focused evangelistic movement committed to transforming society through prayer, sacramental life, creativity, and digital evangelization.
